Captain Smart has Boldly come out with main reason why the Electoral Commission of Ghana led by Jean Mensa haven't been able to come out with the final Declaration of Ghana's Election 2020
Captain Smart, before touching on the main reason urged those trying to pressurise Jean Mensa to come out and speak to Stop. Because the harm is not coming from her.
The popular Journalist explained that unlike some constituencies which have been certified and declared without hitches, others like Trobu Constituency, Odododiodio, Techiman south and many had to recount ballot papers.
That means if a process will take for example 5 hours to collate and count, after three counts they are spending more hours like 15 hours. And without a certified and accepted results Jean Mensa cannot make any Announcement or declaration.
Captain Smart urged the public to keep calm and wait for better results than what will be in haste.
