The African continent is experiencing a sort of change in leadership for a while. Most of the African countries have had president's who are implementing good policies which is helping boots the economy and state of the country.
Something wonderful has happened in one of the African countries and it's trending on social media as a whole president, if not for the first time, then he can be part of the first five president who has walk through out the town, as it was declared "car free day".
Not all president in the African continent sometimes follow the policies they set or make. The people of Rwanda were very glad to see their president on foot in their communities. And they jubilating for such a leader. The President Paul Kagame , is taking Rwanda to a next level.
