NPP General secretary aspirant, Charles Bissue has announced his withdrawal from contesting for the position of General Secretary in the NPP party. Mr Bissue served as the immediate past Western Regional Secretary of the party and was a member of the National Council for two terms. The party are to hold national delegates conference soon.

Hon Charles Bissue announced his withdrawal from the contest but will always serves the party always. Mr. Bissue said he was still ready to contribute to his party.
“Though I am stepping out of this contest, I am willing to share with whoever gets elected as the General Secretary, and the Party in general, the knowledge, ideas and tools I had intended to use in rebuilding the Party into prominence and sustained political power,” he said.
“As a patriot, I will continue to serve in any capacity, and pursue the interest of the party at all times,” he added. The NPP party are working hard to break the 8 in the upcoming elections coming 2024.
