The Vice President has sent some powerful as well as kind words to the general public whiles stating certain facts which many people in politics and in government are scared to talk about.
The Vice President, his excellency Dr. Mahamudu Bawumiah has spoken concerning how people are being treated and how he personally thinks this is so wrong.
Not long ago, the country embarked on a voicing out campaign to speak about the actions of security persons as well as the acts by many people in power. The innocence and vulnerability of the Ghanaian youth and Ghanaians as a whole has been a target of the security officers and this is appalling.
Speaking at the gathering of Kaaka who just lost his life to the brutal killing of the soldiers, Dr. Bawumiah and the Npp have shown so much disappointment in the act by the army officers. Bawumiah whiles speaking about this issue spoke about how the president himself is saddened by the issue which just happened.
Bawumiah who was in great disappointment revealed that Nana Addo has promised to make bold decisions to make sure these acts are never repeated in the country or anywhere near Ghanaians again.
The brutality of army officers is a big threat to the safety of Ghanaians and that is not something we should joke about. We will make sure things are handled in the right way- Bawumiah declared whiles giving hope to the affected families. Emotional scenes were captured as Bawumiah was seen earlier hugging the daughter of the deceased and consoling her.
