As a component of endeavours to bring medical care to the doorsteps of individuals, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Member of Parliament (MP) for Effutu in the Central Region, Mr Alexander Afenyo-Markin, has introduced another wellbeing community at Dayasaw, a suburb of Winneba.
The office, which was completely financed by the MP, was named after a previous Minister for Public Sector Reforms and previous MP for the area, Mr Samuel Owusu Adjei, in acknowledgement of the critical job Mr Adjei played, particularly in the development of the Trauma and Specialist Hospital in Winneba.
Talking at the function, Mr Afenyo-Markin vowed to name significant ventures after key people and characters who had added to the development and advancement of the electorate throughout the long term.
"As a group, it is essential to perceive and respect people for their enormous commitments to cultural development to empower current and future pioneers to do same to support society," he said.
He declared that a finished well-being place for the Woarabeba people group, which is yet to be introduced, would likewise be named after his ancestor, Mr Hammah, for his commitment to the development of the region during his residency.
Medical care conveyance
Mr Afenyo-Markin, who is additionally the Deputy Majority Leader in Parliament, said that his occupation was to help the Ghana Health Service (GHS) in the arrangement of medical care to the standard individuals nearby.
