Katakyie Afrifa Mensah descend heavily on one of the prominent Lawyers in Ghana by Name Tsatsu Tsikata. Tsatsu Tsikata is one of the leading Lawyers who stood the grounds for the National Democratic Congress NDC in their 2020 Election petition at Supreme Court.
According to Afrifa Mensah, the 1992 constitution which was written is called Sakawa. He call it Sakawa because, there are certain articles in the constitution which does not deem fit and must be reform or reviewed. Some of the articles that were pointed out by Katakyie Afrifa Mensah include, the article 57 of the 1992 Constitution of Ghana and also the article 78 of the 1992 constitution.
Katakyie Afrifa Mensah added that, the article 57 is total Sakawa in the sense that a siting president cannot be sued if we done something wrong unless he leave office. These and many other statements from the constitution made Katakyie Afrifa Mensah to declare that he is very disappointed and Tsatsu Tsikata and others wrote Sakawa constitution for Ghanaians.
