Martin Kpebu, a private lawyer is currently trending after he made some accusations against President Akufo-Addo. He cited the President’s promise to fight corruption and how this has turned to be a deceit. Martin boldly alleged that Akufo-Addo himself is corrupt. He explained that the president’s involvement in corruption has made it impossible for him to fight the canker itself.

“I think so far the president, probably, hasn’t heard. Maybe we need to repeat it more forcefully for him to hear that he is part of the criminal syndicates at the Jubilee House, the president is certainly part,” Lawyer Kpebu said. Kojo Oppong Nkrumah later came out to blast Joy News and Martin Kpebu for the comments.

However, in a new twist, Captain Smart has come out to support Martin Kpebu. According to the versatile journalist, Martin spoke the truth. He mentioned that Akufo-Addo has been tolerated for too long and this has caused him to live a corrupt government. He applauded Martin for being bold and speaking truth to power.
