Bawumia Does The Unexpected When The NDC's Representative Said There Is Hunger And Misery In Ghana

The New Patriotic Party are currently at the Accra Sports Stadium hosting delegates conference and electing their National Executives. The other political parties that were invited gave their speeches, when it got to the National Democratic Congress's speech the unexpected thing happened.

The National Democratic Congress's speech was done by the current Deputy General Secretary, Peter Boamah Otokunor. Honourable Sam George and other NDC top gurus accompanied him and helped him throughout the speech.

In Mr Peter Boamah Otokunor speech he said that, what is happening at the moment is a happy moment for some people, it is also a defining moment in some people's political career, it is also a time for people to get something from the aspirants for working hard for the party but with Ghanaians, there is Hunger, misery and hardship.

He said, "For most of you here it is a happy moment, a moment of celebration, for others it is a defining moment for your political career, for some of you it is a cocoa season to harvest from aspirants for what you have sold in service to the NPP, but for the larger mass of the people of this country, it has been a usual day of hunger, misery and general economic hardship."

Right after saying this the President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo and his Vice President changed whatever they were doing. With the Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, he was initially holding a book but the moment he heard that, he shook his and started laughing.
