The Member of Parliament for Wa West constituency in the Upper West region, Hon. Peter Lanchene Toobu, has offered to absorb the cost of vouchers and online application services for the first fifty (50), prospective qualified applicants from his constituency into the various security services as advertised.
This was contained in a communique issued and signed by the Member of Parliament on August, 26, 2021.
In addition to the 50 prospective applicants,” am extending a free online application services to other prospective applicants from Wa West”, the communique added.
The Member of Parliament admonished prospective applicants to the state’s security services, not to pay any person to facilitate their recruitment.
In addition, he stated that there is nothing like a protocol list and warned prospective applicants to be wary of fraudsters.
Government through the Minister for Finance, Ken Ofori-Atta, has granted the Ministry of Interior and Ministry of National Security financial clearance to recruit qualified prospective applicants into the Ghana Police Service, Ghana Prisons Service, Ghana Immigration Service and the Ghana National Fire Service staff to augment their existing staff strengths.
