The Ghanaian Man In Charge of Power Supply In Guinea, Now The First Ghana Consular In Guinea Bissau

 The Chief Executive Officer of Pribet Group of Companies, Mr. Prince Lamptey Tetteh has been appointed by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo Ghana’s Consular to Guinea-Bissau as at 5th July, 2021.

  His Excellency Prince Lamptey Tetteh disclosed that the President of Guinea-Bissau, His Excellency Umaro Sissoco Embalo personally made a recommendation to His Excellency Nana Akufo-Addo to appoint him as his representative in Guinea-Bissau.

President Umaro Embalo reasons for recommending him was that, Prince Lamptey Tetteh is a great foreigner in this country, who is very influential, particularly in business and trade, adding that his Company is the local partner for KarpowerShip which is providing electricity for the whole of Guinea-Bissau.

''The recommendation by the President of Guinea-Bissau is a great honour and a challenge to him, however, he will do his possible best to live up to the expectation of the two countries'', he added.

He further indicated that, it is his mission to coordinate the activities of Ghanaians and that of Guinea-Bissau, particularly in education and trade to have a stronger bond amongst the two countries.

According to him, the promotion of Made-in-Ghana goods in Guinea-Bissau will take the center stage in his administration, for Ghana to benefit in terms of export for more foreign income.

The young Ghanaian C.E.O. now a consular has a touching story which had led to his success story here in Africa. He left Europe in 2011 back to a small country in West Africa by name Guinea-Bissau to hustle since his search for greener pasture there failed.

He started very small; from a small construction office that had grown to become Pribet Group of Companies which is a multi-disciplinary construction and general merchant business firm with expertise in building /civil engineering, security services, multimedia, energy production, importation of fuel, Agriculture Technology and ICT solutions with branches in Europe and Africa and the local partner for KarpowerShip Guinea- Bissau.  


 Mr. Prince believes through perseverance, good heart and the trust in God, one can make it in life no matter where he finds himself in Africa. He is the first to be appointed as Ghana consular in Guinea Bissau.

He is really risen the flag of Ghana higher in that part of West Africa and creating a lot of work for the youth in Guinea Bissau and Ghana. He believes together we can make Africa a better place for ourselves. Below are some picture of him.
