The Minister of information Kojo Oppong Nkrumah today visited the Ghana broadcasting corporation
The Ghana Broadcasting Corporation (GBC) wants to digitize. Last year, with support from donor partners we provided them with new equipment and various logistics to help improve their look on our screens.
On his working visit to the Corporation today, he announced plans by Government to asisst them restructure their activities and to make them more relevant in our current dispensation.
The re-organization of the Information Services Department is scheduled to commence this year. Appropriately, I paid a visit to the regional office to interact with staff.
He ended my day with a visit to the Graphic Communication Group. I listened to them and shared insights on various sustainability measures the Group can adhere to.
I was accompanied by the members of the National Media Commission (NMC) and the Parliamentary Select Committee on Communication.
The change we seek is possible, let’s move together.
