Sammy Gyamfi must apologize else must be suspended from the NDC for his recent comments? [Opinion]

It doesn't look like a good time to be a supporter of the National Democratic Congress (NDC). Now one may ask why am I saying this? Well I will explain!. We all know John Dramani Mahama lost the 2020 presidential election by some 500,000 votes amidst some misunderstanding and was urged to go to court which he did with the judgement delivered yesterday March 4, 2021. So this is the answer to the earlier question, not only was yesterday a bad day for the NDC for losing the election petition on the basis that it had no merit, Sammy Gyamfi also threw some jabs at the party's leadership in parliament with him choosing to name March 3, as black Wednesday.

I for one will agree with those who are of the view that he allowed his emotions to take control over him hence his choice of words. He felt betrayed at the outcome of the appointments committee and the decision of NDC members of parliament to approve some persons to be ministers despite the party's direction.

However his comments or the content of his post yesterday was disrespectful to senior members of the party like Alban Sumana Bagbin, Haruna Iddrisu and Muntaka Mohammed and must be made to apologize or suspended as such comments will only bring division in the party and further take them away from winning power in the 2024 general elections.
