Captain Smart says there is an enormous pressure and danger on the President and some other Legislators sponsoring the anti-LGBTQI+ bill which is currently before Parliament.
On the part of the Legislators, Captain Smart said if care is not taken, they might end up losing their seats because of the stance they have taken.
” Ghanaians should start praying for the President because there are a lot of schemes against him. There foreign powers that are trying to influence him and he may even not accent to the bill of Parliament eventually approve it. We must start praying for him seriously. Honorable Sam George and the other MPs sponsoring the bill also need serious prayers because there are plots against them too. If care is not taken, some supreme political powers may cause them to lose their seats because of their position on the matter. I implore them to remain resolute” he said.
Captain Smart criticized Lawyer Akoto Ampaw and some other persons who have come out to “reject” the anti-LGBTQI+ bill on the bases of human rights issues.
