The Tables Can Turn If They Set A Bad Example - Muntaka Fires

Muntaka Mohammed, MP for the Asawases constituency in the Ashanti region, said that NDC MPs' attitudes in their parliamentary ties will reverse their positions in the future for NDC to be in government with small MPs while the NPP is numeric. Therefore, Muntaka Mubarak advises his NDC colleagues not to make the claim that NDC parliamentarians will not come to power again and therefore should adopt rooted positions on matters, in particular the recent approval of ministers. NDC members were angry at their parliamentarians when they voted in favor of Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-approval Addo's of a couple-three ministers.

Sammy Gyamfi, Chair, Minorities, and Chief Whip approved the ministers as their egoistic accomplishments, saying that the act would be an albatross upon the neck. Their approval was a long message from the Chair, Communication Officer of the political party. However, Mr. Mohammed Muntaka spoke to MyNewsGh.com's Accra-based Adom TV interview and said the NDC members should always note that their return to power and thus set a bad example will be a reminder of them.

The NPP members of the parliamentary group will be able to mimic what the NDC did for them so that there will be a need not to give bad precedent. He claims that the opposition is going to control parliament while the ruling party checks the Executive.
