The member of parliament for the North Tongu Constituency has gone viral again on his quest to unveil the alleged luxurious lifestyle of the president of the Republic of Ghana in respect to his international travels.
The Honourable Parliamentarian has received various criticisms from Netizens and certain sections of Ghanaians in the country. Most of them have accused the member of parliament for being guilty of the very thing he is accusing the president of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo for.
The member of parliament has deemed it fit to address Ghanaians in order to clarify the fact that the allegation against him is false. Eleven hours ago, as at the time of writing this article, GhanaWeb has released a post on their facebook page, revealing the comment of the North Tongu Parliamentarian, in relation to the allegations.
As you can see in the post above, the honourable Parliamentarian has claimed that the projection against his personality that he has used private jets and hired a flight are false. He has made it known that he has not hired an airplane before; not to think of leasing a private jet.
Netizens believe that the member of parliament is untruthful and has therefore descended on him on social media in a bid to cite instances in which they believe he has leased a flight.
Mohammed Awal has alleged that the parliamentarian has ever rented a private jet to Wa for his wedding. He has asked whether the honourable parliamentarian wanted Ghanaians to believe it was state funded and not funded from his own revenue. He did not provide evidences to support his claim, but we hold the fact that Awal is liable to his opinion.
Mantse Abbey did not directly speak about the parliamentarian, leasing a flight or a private jet, but claims that he used to book a flight to the United Kingdom almost every weekend to further his education. If this allegation is true, then it would cost a lump sum of money, and we believe that that is what Abbey is trying to refer to.
