Every Citizen in this nation has his or her rights to follow any political party of his choice and no one has the right to question the one who has chosen to follow any party of his or her choice but when it comes to the truth of anything we must always be in point.
The Ho airport which has been opened today in the volta region of Ghana has become a discussing topic on who built it if former president Mr. John Dramani Mahama of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) party or the current president, His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and his ruling party.
The truth of the matter on this airport opening is, John Mahama came out with the idea to build a new airport at Ho. Runways. 1,900m × 30m but could not accomplished it due to his removal of office as the president of Ghana. When Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo came into power in 2016, he promised that all the projects John Dramani Mahama couldn't accomplished and has the plans there will be accomplished and yes that promise is working.
On October 2017, Ghana's Minister of Aviation Cecilia Dapaah stated the construction of Ho Airport is now scheduled to finish by Mar-2018, with the project approximately 88% complete.
May-2017. Ghana's Minister for Aviation Cecelia Abena Dapaah suggested Ho Airport would serve as a maintenance centre for aircraft and a training centre for pilots and airline crew once completed.
Looking at this analysis compiled above one will know that Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo came in purposely to promote Ghana and help some regions like Volta Region so why giving credit to Mahama while Nana Addo is there.
