Just this week, the people of Ghana and the National Democratic Congress (NDC) party did not hear a good news. One of the Party's financier who has been serving the party whole heatedly and vigour was shot dead by unknown person.
As some of the grassroots of the National Democratic Congress members went to the house of Mr. Akwasi Banahene, his wife was shocked in sadness and sorrow because all her hope is gone. The wife said, IT IS FINISHED ONLY GOD CAN JUDGE.
The running mate of the greatest opposition Party, National Democratic Congress (NDC), Professor Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang, was sad and that made her to standstill to observe how sorrow the widow is swimming in.
Some people in the town also wept very deep for the sudden death of this great man. It is believed that, Mr. Banahene was a good man and with pure heart. He was a man of his words and was serving the community with a clean heart.
