A Ghanaian journalist who is also seen by many as a political and social activist has made a claim once again but this one is something that Ghanaians should take it seriously.
This Ghanaian journalist is no other than Onua TV Maakye host and presenter Captain Smart. Captain Smart is well known in Ghana for his continuous criticisms about the pass governments and even the current government.
On his Maakye program this morning seems a bit angry because he thinks the government of Ghana do not listen to the voices of the masses even though we are a republican democratic nation.
He said that, in the fourth republic the governments that have ruled were very incompetent and knows nothing about governance. Because they were not listening to the voice of the people they were ruling.
He boldly said, "from the Rawlings' government, John Agyekum Kuffour's government, John Atta Mills' government and that of the Mahama government they were all incompetent and knows nothing."
But he did not also forget to include the current government. He said that, the incumbent government is corrupt. He explained by say that, this government paid 32million to consultants pertaining to the national cathedral but the building is not even 10% completed, so how much will the country lost if they finally finish the national cathedral.
He also added that, national or public lands are giving out to other people for their private works. He asked, do we give away national lands to people for their private businesses?
Captain Smart revealed all these things today on his Maakye program on Onua TV.
