This week has seen the start of the vetting of the ministers of President Nana Akufo Addo's minister designates. There is also the ongoing election petition hearing which is causing a lot of stirs both at the Supreme Court and on various Social media platforms.
With this month being the the month of Love, there has been a lot of controversy and preparation for Valentine's day.
In anticipation for the the Valentine's day, there has been a surge in the prices of chocolates and many other items and commodities relating to this festive occasion.
In a post that was spotted on the president's Facebook wall a few moments ago, President Akufo Addo is seen in one of his offices addressing the citizens.
In the address, he starts off by first talking about this week as the National Chocolate week. The president then goes on to congratulate cocoa farmers all over the country and also goes on to appreciate the efforts of the board of directors of COCOBOD. His Excellency then continues to talk about the health benefits of chocolates. He also urged all Ghanaians to consume more chocolate and cocoa products.
