After the lawyers of both Nana Addo Danquah Akuffo Addo and the New Patriotic Party (NPP) went to court for some weeks to defend themselves over the charges levelled against them by the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
The Supreme Court election petition verdict today has clearly affirmed that the President of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Addo Danquah Akuffo Addo won the 7th December, 2020 presidential election as declared on the Wednesday 9th, 2020 by the Electoral Commission Chairperson Mrs Jean Adukwei Mensa.
Again, the Supreme Court election petition verdict has given Ghanaians a clear picture of the election figures which kept changing from the Electoral Commission website and termed it as errors.
The members of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) across the globe started with their jubilations after hearing that the 2020 election results which made their then candidate Nana Addo Danquah Akuffo Addo a president of the Republic of Ghana was clean.
Dr. Bawumia who is the Vice President Of the Republic of Ghana personally went to Nana Addo's office to shake hands with him as see in the picture.
On President Nana Addo's Facebook page, many Ghanaians sent him a congratulation messages for winning the 2020 general presidential election as affirmed by the Supreme Court of Ghana.
