The secretary of the University Teachers Association of Ghana, Professor Gyampo has dropped more details about Professor Adei's link with the current government of Nana Addo and the NPP. According to him, Prof Adei has worked for this government in several fields and he has also served on several boards as well.
“Has Prof Adei stopped working with this government? He was serving on several boards. Has he been removed? I am surprised at his sudden outburst and explanations of our problems after being part of this regime for six years”.
“The essence of this government is to solve problem not to offer explanations. If he is still part of the regime, he should cut the media explanations and help them fix the problems. Please”, Prof Gyampo wrote on his facebook page.
Prof Adei has been in the headlines after he came out to blame the government he is working with for causing economic crisis by using some 21 billion cedis to collapse nine banks.
