Speaker Bagbin Finally Confesses Why He Didn't Show Up In Parliament On The Day Of The Brawl.

Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin , speaker of Parliament , has finally broken his silence on the embarrassing situation that took place in the voting of the controversial e-levy bill which generated a brawl between the minority and the majority .

Addressing the issue , the speaker of the 8th parliament reavelled that he was asleep as at the time the brawl was ongoing . Explaining into details , the longest serving law maker narrated that after sending his closing remarks for that fateful day through his usher , he switched off all his phones and immediately went to bed because of how exhausted he was .

To his shock , he got a wind of embarrassing scenes in parliament through videos which was scattered all over social media the following day .

"I left parliament after I sent my closing remarks for the day , that's the session , through my usher to the first Deputy Speaker . So I have given notice that I will not be around to read my closing remarks and left for the house . Because I was so tired , later I put off my phone and fell in the bed and slept . It was after 12 pm that my wife woke me up to take my dinner and the after that I decided to go through social media and there I found out that the hounrable members I left in the house dishonored themselves and exchanged blows " Speaker of Parliament stated .Thanks for reading .
