A Ghanaian-born singer, hiplife rapper, and political activist, Kwame Asare Obeng, commonly known by his stage name, A Plus has praised Hon. Henry Quartey for his leadership skills.

As a reminder, the Greater Accra Regional Minister, Mr. Henry Quartey made a pledge to ensure that 'Accra Work' again under his administration.

He therefore outlined some critical strategies to achieve this agenda.

The strategies include dealing with security, issues of Chieftaincy, sanitation, and water, indiscipline on the road by both drivers and traders, abuse of the sirens, and education.
