Ghana is here today because of our obstinacy and non adherence to rules and regulations, I find it difficult to understand why some people will like to be treated less human before they reason as rational humans.
The scene in the these photos were taken from Madina, a suburb of Accra as people are seen been given instant justice by the police and city officials after being caught not using pedestrian footbridges.
I know some session of Ghanaians will tag this as an infringement of right and maltreatment, yet we know our rights and forget the obligation attached to it.
We were in this country when people rioted, burnt tyres for footbridges to be constructed, leading to the president to have chopped insult like he killed someone, now the bridge has been done yet same people are refusing to utilise it citing irrelevant excuses, saying they want shortcut.
Some of the culprits were made to sweep the streets and if they continue doing this, Accra will be clean and orderly.
Ghanaian are proud of you Ghana Police for the good work done, you deserve commendations and don't let this be a nine days wonder.
Dear Ghanaian let better start using the bridge to avoid the wrath of the police seems it's also part of exercise.
