Nana Akufo-Addo, president of the republic of Ghana has made it clear that he has no intention to reshuffle his ministers any time soon.
Speaking on North Star radio in Tamale, the President said his ministers or appointees are performing to his expectations. He added that they have been outstanding even in these hard times and for that reason, he has no intention to change any now.
"Many of them for me have done outstanding work. Their output has been considerable, and that is what I look at. If the output measures expectations, then I don’t have any strong reasons to heed the call" he said.
He added that some people are calling for a reshuffle in his administration. He explained and revealed that whenever there is a reshuffle, there are some kind of effects on the economy at large.
Some Ghanaians have reacted to this and below are some reactions.
From the reactions above, most people don't seem happy with the president's response. They believe that there are some ministers in this administration who have performed below standard and for that reason, they must be reshuffled or dismissed. Others revealed that the president knows what he is doing.
President Akufo Addo is touring the Northern parts of the country and in so doing, he is also commissioning several projects and cutting sod for the construction of various facilities.
