John Dumelo Sends A Strong Message To Ayawaso West Municipal Assembly Over These Issues

The 2020 National Democratic Congress (NDC) Parliamentary Candidate for Ayawaso West Wuogon Constituency, Hon. John Setor Dumelo has sent a strong message to the Ayawaso West Municipal Assembly. As many Ghanaians are aware, the recent robbery and killing of innocent Ghanaians are getting out of hand and if appropriate measures are not put in place, it will get out of hand.

There is a saying the 'prevention is better than cure". In view of that John Dumelo has posted these images on his official Facebook page and prompted the Ayawaso West Municipal Assembly to provide adequate street lights within the vicinity. He also pleaded with them to clear all the bush on the right coming from Gimpa towards fiesta Royal.

According to him, robbers hide to attack within this location and attack motorists at night. In Ghana, issues are not taken seriously unless something bad happens. But Mr. John Dumelo is seeking to prevent a future bad incident even though he is not a Member of Parliament for the Ayawaso West Wuogon.

He actually sent a clear message to the Ayawaso West Municipal Assembly that if they did heed to his concern and fix the street lights and clear the bushes, he will actually fix it himself. Remember, Mr. John Dumelo was prevented from digging a trench in the Ayawaso West Wuogon Constituency for the reason that it is not his duty but that of the District Assembly.

But with the streets and bushes on Gimpa-Fiesta Royal road, Mr. Dumelo has pledged to fix it the Assembly fails to fix. This is what he wrote on his official Facebook page:

"Dear Ayawaso West Municipal Assembly, can you please provide adequate street lights and also clear the Bush on the right coming from Gimpa towards fiesta Royal? That’s where robbers hide to attack motorists at night. Please clear it or I will. Thanks".
