The IMANI Centre For Policy And Education policy think tank has hinted on a possible $55million judgement debt needlessly caused over simple traffic management.
According to the president of the IMANI Centre For Policy And Education, Franklin Cudjoe, national Security minister said at his vetting that Ghana owes no company for crudely abrogating $100m traffic management contract but turns out international arbitration processes has began for Ghana to cough up $55m in judgement debt over the contract.
IMANI Ghana petitioned the president to warn over this impending doom, but according to Franklin Cudjoe, the president promised to look into the matter but never acted on his words.

The President graciously replied IMANI that he'd look into the matter. We are still waiting. But it looks like the roads, finance and national security ministers have to assure us that we wouldn't have to pay money carelessly that we critically need to fight covid19" he said
