After spending four years in the University of Mines and Technology (Umat) . Hafiz Raman a final year student has died painfully on his way to register for the Electoral Commission New register. George Opare Addo disclosed that he died in an accident on the Dunkwa- Obuasi Road.
George Opare Addo the National Organiser of the opposition National Democratic Congress NDC broke the News in tears. According to him he personally know the young man as the President of the University Of Mines And Technology UMat branch of The Tertiary Education Incorporated Network of the NDC.
Hafiz a Moslem has been buried in accordance with Moslem religious rites. The National Democratic Congress NDC has started mourning on the campus to say good bye to the young and promising son of the party.
Tributes have started trooping in notably from his co executives he left behind. According to the vice President of Tein at Umat, his disappearance can never and ever be replaced.
