The Minority moved a motion for the decision made by the Majority to approve the 2022 "Agenkwa" Budget Statement which they [Minority] rejected to be rescinded by the First Deputy Speaker, Hon. Joesph Osei-Owusu. However, the First Deputy Speaker who is also the Member of Parliament for Bekwai Constituency dismissed the motion moved by the Minority.
This decision resulted in a near pandemonium in the House. The MPs were seen shouting on top of their voces in the House while others can be heard singing the "Revolution" Song.
