National Executive Council Meeting and meeting with Ghana Education Management on 5th January, 2021.
National Executives Council(NEC) set up a sub-committees to work on the following issues, to justify the need for funds for the activities
i. Practical fees
ii. Justification for PTA(why collapse)
iii. Justification for review of fees capitation
National Executive Council Program outline for the year, meeting with management
Ghana Education Management invited National Executive Council(NEC) for a meeting specifically on reopening of Schools and other related issues. The Deputy Director General(DDG) Lawyer Boateng chaired the meeting.
NEC stated that New code of conduct for students will soon be made available to schools. GES Council has approved the document and forwarded to Director, School and instruction(in charge of basic and secondary Education)
NEC said supply of necessary logistics, nose mask, sanitizers etc will continue.
Schools will not be available for outside program, visit of parents should be restricted and probably separate visiting days for each year group to reduce crowding in schools
