There has been rumors going around in the country lately concerning the uprising ‘dumsor’ matter. Ghanaians are quite unhappy about it. Thus, history is repeating itself once more. This somehow led to the NDC losing power during the 2O16 elections. Recently, the Ghanaians once again gave the power to the NPP government.
However, there has been some recent happenings which has not been favorable for Ghanaians. This is all about the reoccurring dumsor problem. Ghanaians are threatening the NPP government to put them back to the
opposition party as some time back if they don’t fix the dumsor catastrophe. Such comments are being made lately.
Ghana, as a democratic country, the people too have a say in whatever goes on in the country. It’s becoming quite a political issue now that Ghanaians are determined to take back their power from the NPP in the 2O24 elections to come. The NDC too is taking quite good advantage of the situation. This might cause the tables to turn once again. The NDC is having an assurance once again because of the threats by Ghanaians to the NPP.
It is not yet known whether the NPP are putting in place new measures to avoid losing the elections in 2O24. The people has spoken and it’s the duty of the government to take the necessary actions as soon as possible. We never know what might come up in the upcoming elections unless the voice of Ghanaians are heard by the reigning government.
