The National Organizer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has expressed his appreciation to the President of the Republic, His Excellency Nana Addo Danquah Akufo-Addo, for his appointment as the new General Director of National Lottery Authority (NLA).
“Thank you Mr. President for the confidence reposed in me”, he tweeted this morning.
He also used the same channel to appreciate his supporters from the NPP, friends and well-wishers.
“To the teeming youth and supporters of the NPP, friends and well- wishers across the divide, I say thank you.”
Sammy Awuku assured the President of unparalleled hard work. “I will work hard with the Board, Management and Authority to make you proud”, he said.
Following his post, dozens have congratulated him on twitter while others seem to be offended by his appointment.
