Popular controversial Ghanaian lawyer and communication officer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Mr. Sammy Gyamfi has reacted to the evidence provided by the second witness of former president John Dramani Mahama in the Supreme Court today.

According to Sammy Gyamfi, the main purpose of Dr. Michael Kpessah Whyte's evidence was to demonstrate the lack of candor, bad faith and due process, displayed by the chairperson of the Electoral Commission of the Republic of Ghana, Mrs. Jean Mensah, during the collation and declaration of the 2020 presidential election results, in clear violation of articles 23 and 296 of the 1992 Constitution as pleaded by the Petitioner. Sammy Gyamfi concluded by saying the second he ( Michael Kpessah Whyte) did it brilliantly.

Dr. Michael Kpessah Whyte made it known to the Supreme Court in the ongoing election petition trial that he is a credible witness. He also stated that the Electoral Commission boss, Mrs Jean Mensa sent him and his team away from the strong room to declare the 2020 presidential election results. Sadly, Mr. Justin Amenuvor who is the lawyer for the Electoral commission accused him ( Michael Kpessah Whyte) of lying.

The Justice of the Supreme Court, Mr. Yaw Apaw also told the second witness of former president John Dramani Mahama that he didn't take his training on the 2020 presidential election seriously.
