Alban Bagbin et al must not respond publicly to Sammy Gyamfi to maintain peace in the NDC. [Opinion]

Sammy Gyamfi caused stirs online when he posted a lengthy post on his official facebook page where he showed his displeasure at what his party's members of parliament had done the night before. He felt betrayed by his own members of parliament and particularly the leadership namely Rt. Hon. Alban Sumana Bagbin, Haruna Iddrisu and Muntaka Mohammed for going ahead to approve the nominations of some ministers designate despite the party's directions.

The words he used in his post against these senior party members in public are very strong ones which many feel are unnecessary and very disrespectful. The allegations leveled against them may be highly based on just sentiments and cannot be proven hence when put in the public domain just like that will cause some frictions in the party.

Supporters of these persons ie. Alban Sumana Bagbin, Haruna Iddrisu and Muntaka Mohammed may urge them on to respond to the young communications officer through social media or traditional media to sort of clear their name. However I'm of the strong opinion that such actions will only cause more harm to the party hence if there should be any response at all, it should be done privately so they can regroup and try to win power in the 2024 elections.
