The president of the Republic of Ghana H.E Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo has appointed Mr. Mark Okraku Mantey as the deputy minister designate for Tourism, Arts and Culture. Mark Okraku Mantey is one of the loudest media personnel in Ghana. He is known for his high knowledge and intelligence in the media and creative Arts.
This announcement was made by the director of communications at the presidency, Mr. Eugene Arhin.
“The president of the Republic of Ghana HE Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo on Wednesday, April 21st submitted to the speaker of Parliament Rt. Hon. Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin the names of the following persons for appointments as ministers of state and deputy ministers in his new government.” The letter signed by Eugene Arhin stated. The list that was presented had the name of Mark Okraku Mantey as deputy minister.
His appointment is currently pending waiting for approval by the Appointment Committee of Parliament.
