Between JJ's daughter Zanetor and Dr Kwaku Oteng's Francisca who polled more votes in the election?

The two famous personalities in Ghana between the charismatic leader His Excellency former president Jerry John Rawlings and Dr Kwaku Oteng, the CEO of Angel Group of Companies there was two female daughters between them that vied for the parliamentary seats for a re-election.

These two personalities Francisca Oteng Mensah and Zenator Rawlings who had won their parliamentary seats on two consecutive times in a separate consituencies at Kwabre East in the Ashanti region and Korle Klottey in the Greater Accra region represented the NPP and the NDC.

These two female Members of Parliament contributed immensely by accumulating more than necessary votes for their constituents and parties as well but the argument here is that who obtained more votes in their parliamentary race on 7th December, 2020 election?

Francisca Oteng Mensah is the youngest Member of Parliament who completed KNUST, Kumasi and a daughter to the business guru Dr Kwaku Oteng, the owner of Angel TV and radio stations across some parts of the country, Adonko bitters and Adonko next level energy drink as well as Angel Real Estate. She won the parliamentary seat at Kwabre East and her constituency recorded the highest number of votes in 2016 elections.

Now let's have a look at Zenator Rawlings

Dr Zenator Rawlings as we know is the eldest daughter of former president Jerry John Rawlings also known as Papa Jay. She is a medical doctor and a politician and she is an old student of Wesley High School in Cape Coast. She contested the Korle Klottey seat and emerged the winner over Lawyer Philip Addison of the NPP.

In the just ended parliamentary elections, Francisca Oteng Mensah and Zenator Rawlings won their seats. Francisca polled 71,757 whiles Zenator Rawlings polled 39343.

The debate is clearly settled as Francisca Oteng Mensah, Dr Kwaku Oteng's daughter beat Zenator Rawlings with more votes in the 2020 parliamentary elections.
