According to Captain Smart, the host of Angel Fm’s morning show dubbed “Anopa Bofo”, the integrity of the media platforms especially the tv and radio stations has been sold to the politicians, so there is no transparency.
This morning, he said on his show that the journalists and the owners of the various radio and television stations are being controlled by the political party which is in power just because they are afraid their businesses will be shut down.
He went on to say that what makes him very worried is that the media houses are not working together so that their power will influence the government in power to work hard because the tv and radio stations are opposing each other because a politician has given them something small to keep quiet about the truth.
He even said that some times when he is talking about something sensitive, he is being asked to stop because it is an order from above.
Do you agree with the claims of Captain Smart?
