Popular controversial Ghanaian politician and the managing director of Accra digital Centre, Honourable Kofi Ofosu Nkansah has alleged that Former President John Dramani Mahama of the biggest opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), lied when he said the Ntiamo-Baidu Committee Report's recommendations were solely made for Mrs Rebecca Nana Akufo-Addo and Mrs Samira Bawumia. He has therefore asked the 2020 flag bearer of the NDC to apologize for lying about the recommendations.
In a message sighted on John Dramani Mahama's website, he said the recommendations in respect of presidential spouses in the Ntiamo-Baidu Committee report which covers 2017-2021 is solely in respect of the current First Lady and second Lady of the Republic of Ghana. We should also note that he left his wife's name and other former presidential spouses names unmentioned.
