The former deputy general secretary of the National Democratic Congress, Samuel Koku Anyidoho has dropped some revelations on his Twitter page about the NDC chairmanship position.
According to him, Samuel Ofosu Ampofo, incumbent chairman of the NDC has failed to perform his duties as expected of him. Having said that, Koku Anyidoho made it clear that Johnson Asiedu Nketia, who also has hopes and plans of becoming the party's chairman is not an option for the party. He added that even though Ofosu Ampofo has failed, Asiedu Nketia is not an option for the party. He continued and revealed that Johnson Asiedu Nketia is not fit to become the party's chairman.
"I don’t like the way Ofosu Ampofo has failed woefully to assert himself as the Leader of the NDC per Article 25 of the Party’s constitution. But it is no reason why the perfidious Asiedu-Nketiah will ever become Chairman and Leader of NDC. [Torfiakwa]" he stated.
He clearly revealed that if the NDC makes mistake and elect Johnson Asiedu Nketia as the party's chairman, the NDC as a party will come to end.
This is not the first time Koku Anyidoho is saying something 'bad' about Asiedu Nketia. He believes that Johnson Asiedu Nketia has always being a major cause in most of the party's defeats. For this reason, he is urging all party delegates to vote out Johnson Asiedu Nketia if he contests for the chairmanship position.
