The defence minister, Dominic Nitiwul together with the family members in Chamba have set this week for performing the funeral of his father and other family members at Chamba.
Honourable Dominic Nitiwul belongs to the Konkomba tribe and as a matter of fact, the funeral rites are performed according to the Konkomba tradition.
Some of the Konkombas around the area and those living afar went to Chamba at the funeral rites and dance the "Kinachung" (konkomba dance) yesterday 6th June 2021
Other tribes in Nanumba North municipal went there and performed their cultural dance to honour the MP's father's funeral.
Currently, the funeral rites are ongoing up to next week when it will finally come to an end.
All sympathisers are currently being mourning the dead with the entire family of honourable Dominic Nitiwul at Chamba in the Nanumba municipal in the Northern region.
