Swefi Wiawso Paramount Chief Nana Kwesi Katayie is set to be Sworn in as one of the members of council of state at the presidency
Nana Addo Dankwa the commander in chief of the Ghana Armed Forces following his successfulness re-election as the president of the Republic took the mantle to further proposed names of some prominent individuals to become members of the council of state.
And following a successful election the president is set to sworn in the council of state members in his second tenure at the Jubilee house.
However, one news making waves within the Western North Region is the successful election of Swefi Wiawso Paramount Chief, Nana Kwesi Katayie as one of the sixteen members.
Members of the Ghana Council of State as according to the 1992 constitution have a mandate to advise the president on national issues and governance.
