Ghana Education Service posted newly trained teachers last years 2021. And up till now, no newly recruited teacher has received a single salary. Even the newly recruited teachers have not received their STAFF ID nor REGISTERED NUMBER. And it is becoming worrisome for all the newly recruited teachers. No leader in the country was talking about it. But now the 2017/2018 TTAG president has come out to release a statement.
According to the 2017/2018 President of Teacher Trainees Association of Ghana (TTAG), the Ghana Education Service has to give a timeline for the release of the staff ID for the newly recruited teachers.
The of GNAT also stated that, 12,000 newly trained teachers will be put on payroll by the controller and Accountant General.
