Elikem Kotoko can be hugely remembered for his petition to parliament to impeach the president Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo for an alleged encounter he supposedly had with one lady Serwa Broni.
He has once again used his Facebook wall to appeal to Ghanaians to rise and demonstrate against the quick sudden rise in prices that serves as pillars for the Ghanaian economy.
Here's what he wrote: If we don’t agree as a people being governed to remove this regime from power by mounting extreme heat on them by way of sporadic, spontaneous, and continuous demonstrations before 2024, we will all die. Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo must be forced to resign, he is a mess.
Ghanaians are currently suffering:
• Electricity prices have been shot up by an enormous percentage of 148% respectively.
• Water has been heightened liter gauging has now risen to 334%.
• Lorry Fares has seen an increase of 30%.
• Fuel prices have skyrocketed to GhC11.24.
• Forex trading and marginal are also becoming undulating.
The time to act is now and let us remember, these increments if implemented know no party color colors can choose to pretend and still be blindly defending this clueless regime, ready to blame Russia Ukraine war who are not even suffering like an innocent tax paying Ghanaians.
