Conversations about the recent State of the nation address is still ongoing. There has been mixed reactions in the aftermath of the presentation. Whereas the governments communicators have said that the President’s message was the best, the opposition have insisted that the Presented failed to deliver the true state of the nation address.
On Good Morning Ghana today, Friday, April 1, 2022, Okudzeto Ablakwa, MP for North Tongu questioned the successes the government claims it has chalked in saving the country from Covid-19. He noted that the government sat and allowed Frontiers Health Service to cheat Ghanaians and take monies for services provided at the Kotoka International airport. He explained that he knows the big government men who stole the bid and gave to the Frontier Health Services.
This comment didn’t go down too well with Dr. Kingsley Nyarko, MP for Kwadaso. Dr. Nyarko rebuked Okudzeto for misleading Ghanaians and dared him to mention names of the people behind Frontier Health Services or remain quiet.
Apparently, Okudzeto who didn’t want to talk about the names or was bragging remained silent and refused to mention the names. Ablakwa however insisted that he knew what he was saying and stood firm by the comment that there were government big wigs behind Frontier Health Services.
