Ghanaians could not believe what really occured in Parliament Yesterday. The case is troublesome and we do not know who to blame in this matter. We saw from our televisions that, some members of the two opposition parties[ NPP and NDC], engaged in a serious blow exchange in parliament.
On Joy news this morning, one of the profound Constitutional Lawyer in Ghana by Name Martin Kpebu send powerful message to Joe Wise over the crisis that went on in Parliament. According to Kpebu Martin, the incidence which occured in parliament was as a result of the attempt made by Joe Wise to take part in the electoral process over the approval of 2022 Annual Budget
Mr Kpebu started clearly that, Joe wise has no right to partake in the electoral process if only he chair the house. There is no constitution permitting Joe Wise to vote, as far as he is the speaker in Parliament.
