In the statement which has widely been circulated, the imposter wrote that the former first lady has requested the an accounting firm to review all allowances paid to her from 2009 to 2021 as a first lady.
The statement also suggested that Lordina Mahama has confessed how she performed many duties with the allowance paid. It said she built schools, innovated others, donated health equipments, filled library with books, attended international conferences and took care of traditional authorities, expecially the queen mothers.
The statement further said the former first lady is worried about the attacks she is receiving from social media and other media platforms for playing the role of the first lady so because of that she is refunding all the monies paid to her since 2009.
However, Madam Lordina Mahama has come out to vehemently rebuked and debunk the statement as fake and does not have any connections with her or her office. She advised the national democratic Congress members and the entire Ghanaians to disregard the statement.
Her husband, John Dramani Mahama has also come out to refute the statement.
