After Tsatsu Tsikata, the lawyer for John Mahama has argued almost one hour in court over their review of application filled to let Electoral Commission's witness to testify in court today, Franklin Cudjoe, president of IMANI Africa has stated that lawyer Tsatsu Tsikata won't be there to tell Ghanaians what to do if something new arises.
According to his facebook post, it may be that all this generation will be dead and gone and something will call for justice but it will be difficult to fine a good lawyer in the country.
Franklin Cudjoe stated that Tsatsu Tsikata is making a case for a giant step forward in decent Constitutional order to stop abusive discretionary powers but people are opposing him seriously on it.
He said one day, a small princess or chief will erase their existence for their mistakes.
He angrily call Ghana a "crazy county" based on his view.
"Tsatsu is making a case for a giant step forward in decent constitutional order to stop abusive discretionary powers.
Everyone else opposing him is the reason we are in a mess- some small chieftain or princess with some power can abrogate contracts at will, saddle us with humongous debts or just announce election results like disco lights according beats on the political dance floor and hide behind executive discretion to evade account.
Keep at it. One day, a small princess or chief will ERASE our existence. Tsatsu won't be there to tell you, I told you so. Crazy country" he stated on his facebook wall today.
Meanwhile, people have told Mahama and NDC that they don't have a case to prove in court but lawyer Tsatsu Tsikata speaking today in court said, they already told the court that, they will relied on Electoral Commission's testimony to prove a point t the court.
