Most members and leaders of the rulling New Patriotic Party seem not to be getting acquainted well or move along with some of the decisions of the speaker of parliament, Rt. Hon Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin.
The New Patriotic Party biggest challenge is having member of the opposition party being the speaker of parliament. Many have blamed the majority caucus of parliament for voting for him to become their speaker of parliament.
Presidential Staffer, Nii Teiko Tagoe in a Facebook post subtly jabbed the speaker of parliament for abusing the power vested in him. According to Nii Teiko Tagoe, many brave men have lived and gone before Agamemnon.
He further said that the speaker will not be the speaker of parliament forever, power will definitely change hands and he will see how things will be managed.
"Someone should please tell the Speaker of Parliament of Ghana, Rt. Hon. Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin, that many brave men lived before Agamemnon. He is not going to be Speaker of Parliament forever wai" he said.
His statement sparked so much reaction from both the national democratic Congress party members and the New Patriotic Party members on social media.
