Representative for President Akufo-Addo's legitimate group in the 2020 political decision petition, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, has recommended that Tsatsu Tsikata's entries in court should ground it in law and demonstrate it.
Mr. Tsikata, who is lead counsel for John Mahama, had recorded a movement for his customer's benefit to review a few reports of the Electoral Commission (EC).
Notwithstanding, the application was excused by the Supreme Court, who held that the candidate has not demonstrated that he doesn't as of now have the records they are requesting to review.
He noticed that the solicitor's application was tossed out in light of the fact that "this is a courtroom and not a court of popular assessment."
