The Ghana Health Service (GHS) has released the various vaccination centers for the vaccination exercise which is to commence tomorrow, March 2, 2021.
Various vaccination centers for Ghanaians in the Greater Accra Region has been released by the Ghana Health Service after the president, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and the 1st lady Rebecca, together with the vice president, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and his wife Samira took a jab of the covid-19 vaccine earlier today, March 1st, 2021.
The president and his vice took a dose of the covid-19 vaccine to assure Ghanaians of it safety. For that being done, the nationwide distribution and vaccination can now commence. Just like the President stated in his 24th covid-19 update on precautionary measures to stop the spread of virus, the country's populations has been divided into 3 groups for the vaccination exercise.
However, the first and second groups which comprises of Ghanaians who are most at risk, frontline workers, security agencies and the essential service providers are to receive the vaccines first, as indicated by the Pres. Nana Akufo-Addo in his address to the nation.

Group 3 as stated by the president, will be the last group to be attended to, ie. If the appropriate vaccine is found.
For now, the roll out for the distribution of COVAX starts tomorrow, March 2,2021, and it's meant for groups 1 and 2. Know your vaccination centers, walk into any of these facilities provided by the Ghana Health Service if you are on the first category of persons to be vaccinated as indicated by the Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, the president.
